Nano Minor: Courses

Course offerings at UMD already cover important topics in nano science and technology, as exemplified in those described below. We anticipate that additional courses will be added as new NS&T faculty hires are made. An example is "The Physics and Chemistry of Nanostructures", which is being developed by Min Ouyang, a recent Physics faculty member. New lab-based courses are also anticipated based upon the opening of new facilities such as. the teaching lab in the Kim Building . As new courses are developed the NS&T committee will meet and decide upon adding them to the list.

See the official course listings for more details at the Testudo Schedule of Classes.
