BiographyProf. Ian White joined the Fischell Department of Bioengineering as an Assistant Professor in 2008. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 2002. He then worked as a member technical staff at Sprint's Advanced Technology Laboratories. In 2005, he joined the University of Missouri Biological Engineering Department as a Life Sciences Postdoctoral Fellow. Professor White's research focuses on photonic biosensing and lab-on-a-chip technologies.
