We now have Aluminum wire. If there is enough interest in this, we may set up a rotating schedule for the Gold wire and Aluminum wire.
If you un-spool the thread from the machine, you will be charged 4 hours of the Staff Assistance Fee.
If you lose the tools that are labeled for use with the wire bonder, you will be charged 4 hours of the Staff Assistance Fee.
The West Bond model 7KE wire bonder is a convertible manual wire bonder to interconnect gold wire leads to various semiconductor devices.
Operation is limited to users approved and trained by FabLab staff. |
