Workshop on Defects in Wide Band Gap Semiconductors

Abstract Submission is Closed

At this time we are accepting abstract proposals through July 28th, 2014. If you are interested in speaking at this workshop, please use the form on the left to submit an abstract proposal.

Speaker Selection

We will be selecting speakers and putting together the program based on your abstract proposals. If selected to present, then a final technical abstract needs to be submitted by September 2nd, 2014. However, if you are an invited speaker, or would prefer to submit a full two-page abstract, you can do so at this time.

Technical Abstracts

Technical abstracts should be two pages, in a camera ready format, and should include a picture and biography of the main author (only). Please download and use the provided template, Technical Abstract TEMPLATE.doc

Note: For an abstract proposal, please fill in as much of the data below as possible. This information will be used to review contributed abstracts. Once your abstract proposal has been accepted you will be given an opportunity to edit your abstract and upload additional parts.
