Workshop on Defects in Wide Band Gap Semiconductors

• Take I-95 South to I-495 (Capital Beltway).
• Stay to the right at the split (outer loop) and follow signs toward College Park/US 1 South (Left exit after the split).
• Merge onto I-495 and stay to the right to take exit 25 for College Park/US 1 South.
• Exit onto US 1 South/Baltimore Ave and continue for 3 miles.
• Turn right onto Campus Drive at the University Main Entrance.
• Take the next right onto Paint Branch Drive.
• Go straight at the stop sign; the Kim Building is on the left; continue straight to the visitor lot.
• Turn left at the next stop sign; the Kim Building is on the left and the visitor pay lot is on the right.

• Take US Route 50 west to I-495.
• Go North on I-495 (outer loop).
• Take Exit 25 for College Park.
• Turn left onto US 1/Baltimore Ave. and continue for 3 miles.
• Turn right onto Campus Drive at the University Main Entrance.
• Take the next right onto Paint Branch Drive.
• Go straight at the stop sign; the Kim Building is on the left; continue straight to the visitor lot.
• Turn left at the next stop sign; the Kim Building is on the left and the visitor pay lot is on the right.

• Go towards I-495.
• Take I-495 (inner loop) toward Baltimore.
• Take Exit 25 for College Park.
• Turn left onto US 1/Baltimore Ave. and continue for 3 miles.
• Turn right onto Campus Drive at the University Main Entrance.
• Take the next right onto Paint Branch Drive.
• Go straight at the stop sign; the Kim Building is on the left; continue straight to the visitor lot.
• Turn left at the next stop sign; the Kim Building is on the left and the visitor pay lot is on the right.

We are located on the Green Line at the College Park Metro stop.

• Take UMD Shuttle #104 from the College Park Metro to the M Circle stop. Check the UMD DOTS schedule to make sure the shuttle is running and for times.
• Walk east toward the University entrance.
• Turn Left onto Paint Branch Drive.
• Continue through the 3-way stop and the Kim Building is on the right.
